The Valpolicella area is an unmissable destination in the sorroundings of Verona: valleys dotted with vineyards, olive and cherry trees, unique landscapes, a great cultural heritage consisting of medieval churches and villas from the Renaissance age to the XVIII centuries, historical cellars where the history of winemaking began.

Soave is a charming medieval village, located at the foot of the Lessini mountains in the east of Verona: this tour will take us back in time, to the age of ladies and knights.
Gentle hills covered with vineyards sorround the medieval town, the mighty castle, once stronghold of the Scaligeri Family stands above the historical centre, two kilometers of city walls protect the village, colorful houses and old buildings complete the picture.
White wines of Soave have been produced from ancient times, the Ostgote King's Minister, Cassiodoro in the 6th century wrote that Soave is a nectar born from white lilies.
